Firstly, I am a mommy of 4 beautiful bambinos ~ our Luciano (age 7), Gia (5), Livia & Gino (3). They are my pride & joy! I am married to my best friend, Gerardo. We have created an amazing life & family together. We are always pushing each other to be our best & follow our heart & dreams, which is really how this journey came about.
I have worked as a RN since 2009, after graduating with my BSN from Widener University. I have a background in Pediatric Intensive care, radiology and PACU & adult post operative Nursing.
As a RN, I've always loved connecting with all kinds of people. Photography has given me this same opportunity, as well as feeding my creative soul.
As I am getting older, I value photos of my own family & life more & more. The ability to freeze time, and have something tangible to document & recollect on our lives is really special.
It really is my honor & joy to capture your special memories, in the same way I love to capture my own. The little moments, the big moments, & all of those in between! The thought of your photos being family treasures & carried through generations, makes my heart happy.
Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that can slip away with time. I’m here to help you capture and keep them vivid.
My greatest joy & fulfillment truly comes from being a mommy to my 4 unique and amazing children. They continue to teach me every day & really keep life in perspective, in the best way. This business really started because of them. I wanted to learn how to better document our growing family myself & also create the work-life balance I really yearned for. As I watch my own children grow in the blink of an eye, it only drives my love for photography even more! I realized I really want to help every mom (dad, auntie, grandparents, etc) preserve their memories, too.
My approach to photography of people is to document you as naturally as possible. For this reason, I will give playful prompts to couples & families that help create those beautiful, special moments to freeze in time. I feel this really takes pressure off families to be creative but still captures beautiful, treasured photos. For this reason, candid / lifestyle photography is my favorite. However, I do always have a goal to get a posed portrait of all looking at the camera (hopefully with smiles!) during our session. I really strive to make everyone feel comfortable & have fun during our time together. My easy-going personality & final product has invited many families back time & time again, which is always the best compliment!!!
